Special
Interest Groups - SIGs
Our
twice-monthly meetings are an important part of what we do, but so are our
Special Interest Groups – SIGs for short – which those with an interest in
particular subjects or activities can join. You can be part of as many SIGs as
you like - or even start a new one.
Collective
learning is the primary purpose of the u3a movement but an equally important
aspect of the SIGs is the opportunity they provide for members to make new
friends and enjoy themselves.
Currently,
we have nine SIGs - some long-running, some recently formed.
